1. Service Description
Crompty AI is a prompt engineering platform that generates optimized prompts and sample copy for use with third-party AI language models. The prompts are designed to produce higher-quality, human-sounding copy for business communications. Crompty generates precision prompt architectures and sample output that you can paste into your preferred AI tool.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Crompty. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Sharing account access is not permitted on paid plans.
3. Free & Paid Plans
Free accounts receive 5 v2 prompts and 1 v3 prompt per day. Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) provide additional prompts, features, and engine access as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the quality of prompts generated, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Crompty to generate prompts for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or content that violates the terms of the AI platforms you use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Prompts generated by Crompty are yours to use commercially without restriction. You own the output. Crompty retains no rights to prompts generated for your account. The Crompty platform, brand, and engine architecture remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crompty provides prompts as a tool. We make no guarantees about the specific response rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes from using our prompts. Results depend on your targeting, product-market fit, and how you use the generated output.
