1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use our prompt builder, we process the business information you provide (company name, product description, target audience) to generate prompts. We store your generated prompts securely in our database so you can access your Prompt History from your dashboard. You may delete this history by contacting support.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the Crompty AI service: generating personalized prompts, managing your account, and processing payments. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Account data is stored securely via Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded without your consent.
5. Third-Party Services
Crompty uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase (authentication & database)
- OpenRouter (AI model routing for prompt generation)
- Razorpay (payment processing)
- Vercel (hosting)
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You may export your data or update your information from your dashboard. We respond to all data requests within 48 hours.
